The applicant will then be asked to complete a formal application. The process to obtain the death information will conclude upon payment of the processing fee. This step applies only to districts where the issuance fee is paid by the applicant.
Once the process is completed, you will obtain a certified death certificate whose validity will be identical to the original certificate, which will remain in the civil registry.
