Students who are attending elementary school in the City of Buenos Aires have the possibility of accrediting their knowledge and skills in foreign languages through the following certifications:
Those students who are attending secondary school in the City of Buenos Aires and have taken different paths in their foreign language learning, can accredit their knowledge and skills in languages through the following certifications:
Those students who have studied foreign languages throughout their primary and secondary schooling have the possibility of accrediting their knowledge and skills through two certifications:

– TRANSITORY SECOND Until the 2026-2027 academic year, it will be considered to have sufficient competence to convey areas in English the teachers who accredit the B2 level of knowledge of English, according to the MECRL.

The Continuing Legal Education Program was created by virtue of the inherent power of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico to regulate the legal profession in Puerto Rico and pursuant to the provisions of the Continuing Legal Education Regulations approved on June 30, 1998 and the Continuing Legal Education Program Regulations of April 8, 2005. The Program is currently governed by the Regulations of the Continuing Legal Education Program adopted by Resolution ER-2017-4 of June 2, 2017, 198 DPR 254 (2017).
The Continuing Legal Education Program offers services both to legal professionals and to entities and individuals providing continuing legal education. Some of the main functions of the Program are:
All legal professionals who have active status before the Secretariat of the Supreme Court and those professionals who have been suspended temporarily or for a specific period of time. The foregoing, unless he/she requests and obtains an exemption pursuant to Rule 4(C) of the Program Regulations.
However, they will be able to incorporate to their transcript as free choice credits the credits of non-official studies (courses, etc.) recognized as free choice by the Governing Board of the University of Alicante as well as the credits of subjects of official degrees previously taken (in this case the incorporation of these credits will be done with the same requirements as in the official degrees).
Students who were enrolled in the 2002/03 and 2003/04 academic years will be subject to the language recognition regulations that most benefit them, whether these regulations or those approved by the Governing Council on May 29, 2002, which were in force during the aforementioned academic years.
With the entry into force of this Regulation, other internal regulations related to free-choice credits are repealed, specifically those approved by the Governing Council on 13/06/1996, 29/05/2002, 12/05/2004 and articles 1 and 7 of that approved on 27/05/1999.
