If you have luggage to check in, that is, luggage or packages that will go in the baggage area of the aircraft, such luggage must be presented at the check-in counter, where it will be weighed and labeled. Once the check-in process is completed, the passenger is given a boarding pass, where he/she is provided with printed flight information: scheduled flight time, terminal, boarding area and gate, and the receipt for the checked baggage.
Then, to access the boarding areas, which are reserved exclusively for passengers, go to the Filters and security checkpoints located in the Departures hall on floor 1.
The TEM mobile boarding pass is an image with a 2D code containing all essential flight and passenger data. If the passenger does not need to check baggage, upon arrival at the airport, he/she can go to the security checkpoint closest to his/her boarding area.
Carry-on baggage and anything else you are carrying will be checked through an X-Ray machine. The staff will ask you to place the items you are carrying in trays provided for this purpose. Laptops and tablets must be removed from their carrying bags. The batteries of the devices must be sufficiently charged, at least, so that the device can be started up.
