How to obtain a recycling permit

Waste management companies are those that carry out the set of operations necessary to give the waste (solid, liquid or gaseous) the most appropriate overall destination from an environmental point of view, in accordance with its characteristics, volume, origin, treatment cost, recovery and marketing possibilities.

These operations include the activities of collection, storage, classification, recovery and disposal, including both the monitoring of these activities and the monitoring after the closure of the landfill or deposit sites.

Hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated in private homes, businesses, offices and services, as well as non-hazardous industrial waste which, due to its nature or composition, can be assimilated to that produced in the aforementioned places or activities.

The holders of urban waste are obliged to deliver them to the municipalities for recycling, recovery or disposal, under the conditions determined by the respective ordinances, which may include delivery to authorized or registered waste managers.

Permit for special waste management

Allows you to obtain the authorization to handle hazardous waste for collection and transportation, in order to comply with the provisions of Article 50 of the General Law for the Prevention and Integral Management of Waste (LGPGIR).
