Atypical employment – also called diverse forms of work – is a generic term for various forms of employment that differ from standard employment. These include temporary employment; part-time work; temporary agency work; multiparty employment relationship; disguised employment; and economically dependent self-employment. The 4 types of labor contractsAfter the labor reform, employment contracts have been reduced to only four: indefinite-term, temporary, training and apprenticeship contract and internship contract.

The objective of the training contract is the professional qualification of workers in a regime of alternation of paid work in a company with training activity received within the framework of the vocational training system for employment or the educational system.
