In this sense, the debate is open, and there are many clarifications that from Prevention we must present to employers and Prevention Delegates, in order to resolve doubts and justify that what we are dealing with is a CE or not.

Without getting into polemics, we should not deviate from the main objective of Prevention, which is to identify risks, avoid risks and evaluate them, establishing all those required preventive measures that allow an adequate control of such risks and, secondly, classify a place or site as a CE, that is, to give an official denomination to the site in question.
